My favorite feature of this home is the bright living room and kitchen areas that let in lot’s of natural light. Keeping walls, furniture and other surfaces white or light colored allows a room to be easily lit up with natural daylight (or any light for that matter) and provides a happy and enjoyable setting to live in. I love photographing houses like these because personally, taking a photo with as little artificial light, and as much natural light as possible makes for a better photo 9...

This beautiful home in Spokane Valley was fun to photograph! Each room was different and offered a unique little challenge to figure out it’s best angle and how to light it. These mid-range and high end homes often offer surprise features and design that I get to figure out when I show up at the home, and is part of what can make my job as a real estate photographer interesting. Wow what a house we have here! I love the large driveway that leads you right up to these two story white pillars, that really make it feel like a grand entrance. The kitchen, main living room, and basement lower level living room are all large and have a nice open feel to them. I also like the very large covered patio area on the second level.
