In photography, capturing the photos is only half the battle. Editing is equally as important, and in real estate photography you need to have editing that makes the images look the best they can, while still keeping it realistic and representative of how the home actually looks in real life. Here at Grand Showing, we do all of the editing ourselves, instead of sending it to third-party editors, which can be common in the industry. Keeping our editing in-house allows us to deliver consistent quality to our clients that also be adjusted to fit their needs.

We use three photos to produce one image: one ambient (natural light) shot, and two with flash lighting. With our skills in Lightroom and Photoshop, we are able to produce images like the ones below that keep the natural lighting and contrast, while also using the accurate colors produced by the flash shots. A photo taken with your phone or even a shot on a DSLR camera won’t give you what it takes to produce images like these, which is why we work hard to make sure you get the best photos possible for your home!
