Unsurprisingly, most of the homes we photograph fall under our “Standard Home” category, which is why it’s always special when we get hired to shoot a “High-End” home for our clients! These homes often boast unique designs and features that allow us to highlight the home in different ways than we would a standard. For all houses we ask our realtor and seller clients what they see as the selling points of the home so we can make sure to highlight it, but especially on high end homes where there can be extra features like home theaters, saunas, wine cellars, hot tubs, and so on. We also try to schedule these high-end homes for times in the day where the sun is hitting the front of the home, so that first photo will look it’s best!
