How far do you travel outside of Spokane?
We travel up to 1.5 hrs drive time from Spokane, WA. There is a travel fee that is added to any shoot 30 minutes or greater from Spokane. You will see the additional cost before you place your order. Click this link to see our entire service area.
What’s your typical availability for a photoshoot?
We are typically available 2-3 days out. Sometimes we are available as early as the same day if you call. You can select the exact time slot that works for you from the options available in our online scheduler.
How do you take payment?
We take payment upfront in our online scheduler when you schedule your shoot. Just have your debit or credit card ready when you place your order.
What’s your pricing?
Our smallest package is 20-25 photos starting at $160 for homes under 2000 sq. ft. However, we offer a wide range of options for you to customize your order just how you like it. The exact prices can be found directly in our online scheduler.

What’s your delivery time?
For the majority of shoots, our photos will be delivered in 24 hours. There is an exception for homes over 4000 sq. ft which have a turnaround of 48 hrs. Our video turnaround is the next day by the end of the day.
We also offer “Same-Day Delivery” as an option when you schedule your shoot. This way you can receive your photos the same day!
How do I reschedule or cancel a photoshoot?
Things happen, we understand.
When you book your first shoot, an account will be created for you (be sure to look for an email that will let you set a password). You will use this account to reschedule or cancel shoots. Just log in, find the shoot on your dashboard, and you will see an option to reschedule or cancel the shoot.
There is no fee if the cancellation or reschedule happens at least 24 hours in advance. Any shoot canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of a booked appointment will be subject to a $60 “same-day cancellation fee.”
When is the best time of day for a photoshoot?
We advise photoshoots to be scheduled when the front of the home will be exposed to the sun. For an east-facing home, the morning is best. For a west-facing home, the afternoon is better. For north and south-facing homes, it does not matter as much.
What does the typical photoshoot process look like?
We advise that no one be in the home during the photoshoot as this helps us concentrate on the shoot and deliver top-quality work. If that’s not possible, you may be on a different floor or side of the home that is not being photographed.
We will adjust minor things throughout the home to make the photos look more pleasing (usually moving a towel or tv remote). We do not move big things such as chairs, couches, or boxes. Once we finish, we can lock up the home if needed. Then you can expect to receive your photos the next day.
We charge an extra $15 for every 15 min over the scheduled appointment time if it is caused by the client still prepping the house when we arrive. As long as the home is ready, you won’t ever need to worry about extra fees!
How do I prepare my home for a photoshoot?
Declutter and clean (in that order). We shoot the home as-is. We expect no cars or garbage cans in front of the home, and all the windows open and lights turned on.

Do you take photos when it’s raining or snowing?
Yes! Please be aware that the photos will look different than those taken on a sunny day. Watch the weather app and feel free to reschedule your shoot if you would like sunny photos. We also offer free virtual sky replacement if requested.
We do our best to make the photos look good even if it’s raining. They will still look attractive and professional, albeit with gray, cozy, soft lighting. Check out these examples.
How will I get my photos?
We send the photos to you via an emailed link. You will use the link to download your digital photos.
