The South Hill in Spokane is home to many great-looking homes, and might be my favorite area to shoot homes! This one was well prepared and I liked the placement of the furniture in the living and kitchen areas. The home was filled enough to still feel like a home but was also spaced enough so that it didn’t feel crowded.

Another thing I liked about the home is its large backyard. With homes in town, it’s usually a toss up whether the yard will be big enough to look pleasant in photos, and this home did. Showing off a large space in the yard is usually one of the biggest appeals to people looking through photos of homes online, because most of the time, homes don’t have special features or designs compared to what’s inside a home. So having a cleaned up yard is definitely important for the next time your home is being photographed!
