Browne’s Addition is such unique and beautiful part of Spokane, I always enjoy shooting homes there, or even just driving by and seeing them! Sometimes, recently built homes can look a little too similar for my liking, so coming across homes like these that offer its own character and look make me curious and excited to see what they have to offer! On the flip side, homes like these can be a little more difficult to shoot, since its room dimensions might be a little odd, and the floor plans usually aren’t as open. but it makes for an exciting challenge. Also, it’s always fun when we get to fly the drone for our shoots, and get a birds eye view of not only the home, but of the surrounding area, which I may have not see before.
