I love the large spaces included in this home! The kitchens, living room, and bedrooms are all large enough to make you feel like it’s not claustrophobic and can freely enjoy each area without running into something. Large spaces are very attractive in real estate photos, but it can also depend on how they are staged, or the lack of staging. A cluttered, messy room looks the worst. It makes it look smaller than it is, it feels chaotic, and it doesn’t appeal to buyers. A large and empty/vacant room is better, but the downside of it is that it doesn’t make the room feel like a home. So ideally, the spaces in your home are cleaned up and organized well, but also have well positioned furniture and some decorations to make it easy for a potential buyer to see the house as an inviting home they’d like to live in!
