Here’s a house I photographed a few weeks ago on the south hill! One of my favorite parts of this home is the light-colored living room with lots of natural light. In my style of real estate photography, its makes for some of the best photos I can take of a house! These types of photos give off a very warm and inviting feeling that makes it really appeal to potential buyers. Photos like these are why I almost always open up the curtains on every window in a home when I’m shooting, because natural light gives great dimension and contrast to photos. So whether you are selling a home or photographing a home, always think about what will help make the home more appealing in photos!
