This excellent home was well prepared to be photographed. While the home was still occupied by the sellers, they made sure to clean and declutter both the whole house and yard. A cleaned up home with furniture and decorations looks best in real estate photography photos, because potential buyers who view the photo can easily imagine themselves in the house, such as sitting on a couch watching TV like in the photo below.
