A wonderful home in Cheney that was properly prepared inside when we got there! The living room stands out to me because it’s the balance a real estate photographer wants to see in a home when they shoot: enough furniture and decorations to allow a viewer to see themselves living in, but also clean and uncluttered enough so that it doesn’t look chaotic or crowded. Also, the home being right on the golf course makes the backyard feel spacious and not enclosed by a fence, and you can count on the lawn being in great condition when you buy it! A nice green lawn goes a long way in making the exterior photos look appealing, so make sure to have yours looking good before selling your home!
