This was a wonderful home located in North Spokane that really stood out to me because of the backyard. The interior and front exterior are excellent as well, but the big (for a suburban home) backyard with a large deck and well maintained lawn is something that in my eyes will stand out to potential buyers. One of the biggest goals of real estate photography is to make sure the best parts of a home are highlighted and stand out with your photos. When I enter a home, I ask the home owner or realtor “what do you think the selling points are?” Entering a new space is a lot to take in, and as a real estate photographer I definitely want to make sure I don’t miss anything. With this house, we were able to take advantage of the sunny weather to make sure the colors (like the grass and red umbrella) of the backyard really popped and catches the viewers eye.
