Here’s a well-designed, bright, and fresh craftsman home we did last year in North Spokane. On a sunny day like this, as well as having lots of white walls, ceilings,and surfaces, this home’s interior was able to really pop in its real estate photos. Having light-colored surfaces inside a home makes my job as a real estate photographer easier because it is easier to properly light the room. Dark colors absorb light, while as lighter colors reflect more light, and in a way “shares” more light with the other surfaces in the room.
