Here’s a Spokane home with one of the best deck views I’ve seen around! When shooting house like this, the view is obviously a major selling point. I mean who wouldn’t want to gather around that fire pit? While exterior photos can be easier to capture than interior ones, it’s still important as a real estate photographer to take the time to frame them well, especially on the outside selling points. It can sometimes feel like you can just shoot wide and level and it doesn’t matter as long as you capture a lot, but framing and angles are still important. The rules of good composition still apply!
